Descripción
ProteinsOur AChR se purifica directamente del receptor de acetilcolina de Torpedo californica. Es el mejor ejemplo de cómo se pueden usar perlas de purificación de proteínas personalizadas para aislar una proteína sin ninguna etiqueta de epítopo. La proteína se purificó mediante resina de agarosa acoplada a neurotoxina-3 de cobra real, un ligando natural de AChR.
