ReadiUse™ ABTS Substrate Solution 

La solución ReadiUse™ ABTS está optimizada para ensayos ELISA que utilizan HRP o conjugados marcados con HRP y peróxido de hidrógeno en placas de micropocillos o tubos de ensayo.

Descripción

La peroxidasa de Horseradish (HRP) y los conjugados de HRP facilitan la oxidación del ABTS en presencia de peróxido de hidrógeno, convirtiendo al ABTS en su producto oxidado azul verdoso. Esta reacción cromogénica es ampliamente utilizada para cuantificar HRP en ensayos ELISA.

El producto ABTS oxidado tiene un máximo de absorción de 420 nm que puede seguirse fácilmente con un espectrofotómetro. La solución ReadiUse™ ABTS está optimizada para ensayos ELISA que utilizan HRP o conjugados marcados con HRP y peróxido de hidrógeno en placas de micropocillos o tubos de ensayo.

Nuestra solución ABTS permite que la reacción de HRP se realice en una sola adición. La solución de ensayo cambia su color a verde claro al reaccionar con HRP o conjugados de HRP en presencia de peróxido de hidrógeno.
