Descripción

ReadiUse™ Preactivated HRP NHS éster es el mono NHS éster de HRP. Se puede usar para marcar fácilmente proteínas (como anticuerpos) u otras moléculas biológicas que tienen un grupo amino.

El éster HRP NHS preactivado ReadiUse™ es robusto y fácil de usar. Se puede utilizar para marcar anticuerpos con una simple mezcla, es decir, la solución básica de un anticuerpo (pH 8,5-9,0) se puede mezclar directamente con el éster HRP NHS y la mezcla de reacción se agita durante 1-2 horas. En la mayoría de los casos, la solución resultante puede usarse directamente para ensayos ELISA sin más purificación.

ReadiUse™ Preactivated HRP NHS éster proporciona el método más sólido para realizar la conjugación de anticuerpos con HRP. Cualquier cantidad adecuada de anticuerpo (>1 mg/mL) se puede conjugar fácilmente con el éster NHS de HRP preactivado sin necesidad de purificación.
