CytoCalcein™ Violet 660, sal de sodio *Excited at 405 nm*

CytoCalcein™ Violet 660 es el producto escindido por esterasa de CytoCalcein™ Violet 660 AM en células vivas. CytoCalcein™ Violet 660 no es permeable a las células. Es el producto de referencia para CytoCalcein™ Violet 660 AM que está diseñado para marcar células vivas de la misma manera que lo hace Calcein, AM.

CytoCalcein™ Violet 660 se excita bien con el láser Violet a 405 nm, que ahora está equipado en la mayoría de los citómetros de flujo. También está bien excitado por las fuentes de excitación de los microscopios de fluorescencia. Esta separación espectral excepcional de los fluoróforos FACS típicos existentes proporciona opciones adicionales para experimentos de multiplexación con un citómetro de flujo o un microscopio de fluorescencia.
