Descripción

Trypan UltraBlue™ es similar a Trypan Blue en permeabilidad celular. No es permeable a las células vivas. En comparación con Trypan Blue, Trypan UltraBlue es menos tóxico para las células y, en particular, tiene un efecto mínimo en los receptores de la superficie celular.

Nuestra sal de sodio Trypan UltraBlue™ está altamente purificada. Nuestro Trypan UltraBlue™ también se puede usar para prevenir tintes fluorescentes (como FDA, rodamina 123, JC-1, TMRE, TMRM, Indo-1 AM, Fura-2 AM, calceína AM, Fluo-3 AM, Fluo-4 AM , Quest Fluo-8™ AM y Rhod-4™ AM) se escapen de las celdas. Podría inhibir las actividades de las bombas de salida de fármacos, ya que contiene un resto similar al probenecid, como se muestra a continuación. En comparación con el probenecid, es neutro, altamente soluble en agua y cómodo de usar. Su mecanismo celular aún está bajo investigación.

El Trypan UltraBlue™ está altamente purificado y puede usarse hasta 0.5 mM con una citotoxicidad celular mínima. Nuestra concentración recomendada es de 0.25 mM.
